Position Overview:
As the Contract HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department for our esteemed healthcare client. This is an immediate need, and you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on your performance and alignment with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day HR operations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Background checks, reference checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork, new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Processing payroll using ADP. Ensuring hours, pay, vacation and accrued sick leave time are correct on all statements
- Benefits Administration: Review benefits with staff, enroll new staff, terminate benefits
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives.
